Alchemi Labs was established in 2016 after the founders spent nearly two years creating a patent pending layering process with the right combination of materials to develop their sun hats which block 99.8% of UV rays and reflect up to 80% of the sun’s heat. By adding moisture wicking sweatbands and designing an aggressive ventilation system, Alchemi Sun Hats provides the optimal sun and heat blockage while helping to keep the user cool, comfortable and protected.
